Please read the following terms and conditions of Aya Revolution Limited registration:

1. This agreement constitutes an application for membership of the Aya Revolution Limited private members' club. This agreement is between the individual applying for membership (henceforth the 'Applicant') and the organising committee and directors of Aya Revolution Limited (henceforth the 'Committee').
2. The Committee reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant. If any monies have been paid, they will be refunded under Section 8 of this agreement.
3. MINIMUM AGE: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the convention.
4. IDENTIFICATION: The applicant is required to present an acceptable form of photographic ID and proof of age in the name of the applicant to registration staff on arrival at the convention. The only acceptable forms of ID are:
* Passport
* Photocard driving license (full or provisional, must include photographic card)
* CitizenCard
* Prove It Card
* Validate UK Card
* Young Scot Card (the new version with PASS hologram, not the old one)
* Armed Forces photo identity card
* EU National Identity Card
* Other ID supported by the PASS scheme (with an authentic PASS hologram)
Expired ID is not accepted.
5. DURATION OF MEMBERSHIP: Membership starts when the applicant receives his member badge from registration staff once provided with correct identification (under Section 4) on arrival at the convention. Membership ends at 23:59 on Sunday 21st August 2011.
6. TRANSFERS: Membership is not transferable without explicit written permission from the Committee.
7. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION: Membership applications may be canceled up to one month before the convention by contacting the Registrations Officer in writing ( registration@ayacon.org.uk ). The Committee reserves the right to charge a cancellation administration fee. The fees are shown below:-
Before 19th June 2011 - £5
Between 19th June and 19th July - £15
Refunds for canceled applications will be paid under Section 8 of this agreement.
8. REFUNDS: Refunds will be paid by refund via Google Checkout within 60 days of cancellation of the application.
9. Members are required to abide by all applicable Warwick University rules and ordinances ( http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/insite/info/gov/calendar/section2/ordinances/ ). Members are solely liable for any and all fines, charges, fees and damages arising from their violation of the above rules and ordinances.
10. Members are required to maintain good behaviour during the convention. The Committee reserves the right to withdraw membership immediately and without right of refund or appeal, from any member engaging in anti-social or criminal behaviour. The definition of "anti-social behaviour" is at the sole discretion of the Committee.
11. Any merchandise purchased when applying for the event (such as convention T-Shirts) will be issued by the registration staff once provided with correct identification (under Section 4) on arrival at the convention.
12. OVERSEAS APPLICANTS: Overseas applicants must ensure that they satisfy all relevant requirements for entry to the United Kingdom. The Committee will not provide any assistance whatsoever with immigration procedures.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In the matter of provision of membership to individual applicants, the Committee's liability is strictly limited to the sum paid for membership. The applicant's statutory rights and obligations are unaffected.
14. If any clause in this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable in law, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
15. This agreement is governed by English law.
