AyaCon Charity Contributions

We're very pleased to announce the total amounts donated to charity from the various convention charity events and collection. A massive thank you is due to everyone who kindly donated, resulting in a fantastic donation of £4305.68 to the British Heart Foundation and £160.00 to the Japanese Red Cross.

Attention all cosplayers! Remember to raid your cupboards before the convention and bring along items for the Charity Cosplay Bring & Buy, held on Sunday 3-5pm in Cosplay HQ. Last Chance For Registration

With the convention less than two weeks away now is your final chance if you want to attend. Registration will be closed off completely from 9pm on Sunday and there will be no registration on the door. We've added an extra 25 places so you still have a chance if you're quick. As we're so close to the event the payment deadline is now 24 hours.
Progress Report and Accomodation Change

If you've registered for AyaCon you should shortly be receiving an email containing our final progress report covering many important details about the event. You can also view it online. Included within is an important change to how accommodation will be allocated. If you want to stay near friends please read it carefully. We've also updated the events guide which had a misprint on the timetable.
