Aya Revolution 09 is being held at the Warwick Arts Centre, University of Warwick, near Coventry. See the Venue page.

The convention will run from 12 noon on Friday 14th August, to midnight on Sunday 16th August.

We have no plans at this time to sell registrations "on the door". Registrations must be purchased in advance.
Yes. There is a minimum age of 18 for membership of the convention. Under-18s create awkward legal issues for us over guardianship.
Right now we are only planning to offer membership via Google Checkout so you will need to use a credit/debit card to pay online.
Yes, you are required to present an acceptable form of photographic ID and proof of age in the name of your registration to staff on arrival at the convention. The only acceptable forms of ID are:
* Passport
* Photocard driving license (full or provisional, must include photographic card)
* CitizenCard
* Prove It Card
* Validate UK Card
* Young Scot Card (the new version with PASS hologram, not the old one)
* Armed Forces photo identity card
* EU National Identity Card
* Other ID supported by the PASS scheme (with an authentic PASS hologram)
Expired ID is not accepted.
Yes, the Warwick campus is on a bus route from Coventry railway station, approximately three miles from Coventry city centre.
There will be free parking for con attendees in car park 6,7,8 and 15 over the course of the weekend.
There will be approximately 900 single rooms available on-site. These will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis: 600 of these will be ensuite with bath and shower, the remainder will have shared bathrooms.
Accommodation costs £41.25 + VAT (£47.44) per night.
No. The price is room only. There is a self-service cafeteria a short distance from the accommodation, which will be open for purchase of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Accommodation booking will be handled by Warwick Conferences (NOT AyaCon). They have set up a website for online booking using credit/debit cards. You will be given the link to this site when you register for Aya Revolution.

No. Only one person may stay in a single room.
No. If you and your friend book rooms at the same time, it's possible you may be in adjacent rooms, but it cannot be guaranteed. Warwick Conferences will NOT be accepting special requests for room allocations, except for members with disabilities.
Yes. Warwick Conferences will have a space on their booking form to specify access requirements.
You can collect your bedroom key from Warwick Conferences reception, Rootes Social Building, during the hours of 15:00 - 23:00.
Please vacate your room and return your key to Warwick Conferences reception by 9:30am on the day of departure.
Yes. Warwick Conferences will provide a left luggage facility.
No, there is no key deposit.
